Great car wash! The guys took plenty of time to clean the wheel wells and tires of my truck before we went thru the car wash. Reasonable price and great service. I don’t live in ABQ but will make sure to come here next time I am in town. Thank you!!

Very great and friendly service! They have clean micro fiber towels to use while drying your car. The air hoses have very nice rubber tips that will not fall off and scratch your car with the metal blower tip. We have a short hair dog that her hair is so hard to vacuum up. The vacuums were so powerful that her hair came out of the upholstery and carpet in the car! I was highly impressed with Tidal Wave and will not be spending time or money and the other nearby car washes….

Brandon is awesome at the beginning of the tunnel and Justin was very nice checking up on me and asking to help me by rinsing off my mats. I only wish I had some cash on me to tip these young men. Great job guys!! Keep up the good work and I’ll see you gents next time!

*The Should-Be Standard of all Car Washes* • I arrived at 10am, mid January & it was 23-degrees outside. The crew members approached me to tell me the auto spa was not operating due to cold weather. Ashton was especially friendly and informative about the care they put into their machines and how Tidal Wave Auto Spa considers all factors when allowing vehicles into automated washing area. •Ashton’s kind smile and excellent customer service deserves to be commended. The crew allowed me to stay in the vacuum/interior cleaning stations for as long as I wanted to until the auto spa re-opened. • While I waited for the auto spa to reopen, I went to work on the interior of my vehicle. The combination of; complimentary spray bottles, clean microfiber towels, excellent suction vacuums, powerful compressed air, and tire pressure station were all I needed to get my 11 year old vehicle sparkling! (Borrow the spray cleaner/ towels and return promptly to their home). Move over Champion Xpress, Mister Car Wash, Quickshine….all of the big chain car washes in Albuquerque, there’s an Auto Spa in town!

Fast, easy, and super clean! Vincent greeted us right away and explained everything clearly, including the monthly service. Vacuums are strong and convenient. Great service all around, would join if we weren't from out of town.

This was seriously the best car wash I’ve been to in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area. Their vacuums were great, the people that worked there were super helpful. One of the people who worked there, Justin, was very accommodating to making sure my car got cleaned well and efficiently. I would definitely go out of my way to go to this car wash again.

The best car wash, hands down! 🚗✨ They do an incredible job blasting off every bit of crud before you even enter the wash. My car was filthy—I’d let my sister use it on her horse farm in West Texas for two months, so it came back caked in dirt, mud, bugs, and fly droppings. The staff were so kind and generous—they genuinely wanted it sparkling clean and even let me run it through a second time, free of charge! No before pics, but trust me, these after shots say it all.

Robert,Julian and the whole crew here are beyond awesome! I absolutely love the location it’s clean and well maintained and they have the most powerful vacuums and the best cleaning spray that cleans up any dirt in a second! I finally joined their Wash Club after dealing with one of their competitors. I will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK! WHO WOULDNT WANT THEIR CAR TO LOOK THIS GOOD!!! Robert you run a great store I look forward to continuing to do business with you!
